Lunch
Choose between these restaurants at the Camelback Inn:
Sprouts This heart healthy eatery boasts low fat cuisine without sacrificing flavor. Choose from fresh salads, whole grain breads and unique sandwiches…all low in fat and sodium. You’ll find recipes for Sprouts power bars, Mediterranean chicken with portobello couscous, spa citrus hummus and sour cherry mousse on their web site.
Hoppin’ Jacks Choose between steak, seafood, pasta(including create your own,) sandwiches and "south of the border favorites." These include quesadilla grande with beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetables, cheese crisp, or two tacos supreme, loaded with mexican rice, rancho beans, and a choice of beef, chicken, shrimp, white fish or vegetables. If this sounds like way too many calories for you, the all-you-can-eat fruit and salad bar is a favorite.
Golf Grill Here, you’ll find the type of food you would eat at a country club, only with a twist. The "fit for you" section of the menu is especially appealing. You can pick between lemon roasted salmon with organically farmed greens or portobello and roasted vegetables on whole grain bread, or a Mandarin chicken salad. The weight watcher platter even looks tempting with its ground black angus steak grilled to order with romaine leaves, vine ripe tomatoes next to cottage cheese and kalamato olives.
Dinner
The Navajo One visitor to the Navajo commented "The buffet is to die for!" You can order from the menu, but the acclaimed buffet includes all-you-can-eat prime rib and shrimp as well as a salad bar with too many greens to mention, and a scrumptious dessert bar.
Chaparral Restaurant Chosen by Zagat’s Survey as one of the top restaurants in the city, it is known for exquisite lobster bisque with a puffed pastry lid and a hint of crème fraiche and caviar. For an entrée, choose between dover sole meuniere or beef wellington with perigourdine sauce.
