Yoshida's is great. We started with soy sauce and stumbled on the Yoshida product. I know lot of people that sprinkle a little brown sugar on the fillets, but I think this is better. Learning to grill salmon right on the grill's surface was a big step-up in the results. I've gotten to the point were I prefer grilling just about everything!
